Your item(s) will be mailed out on the next business day after payment clears. Returns are excepted at buyers expense unless the fault was mine or the item is personalized. There are no returns on personalized items. I always submit a proof for your approval and a picture of the finished product before I mail out. Please go over them before you approve them.
